Heyglow Return and Exchange Policy
Heyglow values your satisfaction and wants to ensure you have a positive experience with their products. They understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so they offer the following return and exchange policy:
Refunds:
- Heyglow accepts refund requests for unopened and unused products within 7 days of purchase.
- To initiate a refund, please contact Heyglow customer service via email or phone.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
Exchanges:

Heyglow does not offer general returns, but they will gladly exchange your product for a different one if:
- You receive a faulty or damaged item.
- You receive the wrong item.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact Heyglow customer service within 3 days of receiving your order.
- You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item.
- Heyglow will cover the shipping cost of sending you the replacement item.
- Exchanged items must be unopened and unused.
Please note:
- Heyglow is not responsible for minor damages that occur during shipping.
- If you receive a damaged item, please take photos of the damage and packaging before contacting customer service.
