Heyglow Return and Exchange Policy

Heyglow values your satisfaction and wants to ensure you have a positive experience with their products. They understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so they offer the following return and exchange policy:

Refunds:

    • Heyglow accepts refund requests for unopened and unused products within 7 days of purchase.
    • To initiate a refund, please contact Heyglow customer service via email or phone.
    • Once your request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions.
    • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.

Exchanges:

    • Heyglow does not offer general returns, but they will gladly exchange your product for a different one if:
        • You receive a faulty or damaged item.
        • You receive the wrong item.
    • To initiate an exchange, please contact Heyglow customer service within 3 days of receiving your order.
    • You will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the original item.
    • Heyglow will cover the shipping cost of sending you the replacement item.
    • Exchanged items must be unopened and unused.

Please note:

    • Heyglow is not responsible for minor damages that occur during shipping.
    • If you receive a damaged item, please take photos of the damage and packaging before contacting customer service.
